Another possibility is make sure when you create a mail in mailtime, you don&#39;t choose to send it immediately and then also schedule it I&#39;ve seen that happen a few times.</p> <p>The cron commands look fine, if as you say the host has confirmed that the format you are using is correct for the server. It&#39;s hard to say more really. Your host should be able to help you on that - it is always worth hostign CC sites with a host who is willing and able to help you with issues like this.
